The annual SIMS workshop is a yearly scientific meeting designed to provide an informal forum for the interchange of practical information about secondary ion mass spectrometry. The focus is to provide quality opportunities to interact with other professionals to share your program, achievements, discoveries, facility, or products. The Annual Workshop on SIMS is recognized throughout the SIMS community as an important source for specialty training, education and networking in the U.S. PHI TOF-SIMS Scientists, Dr. Scott Bryan and Dr. Greg Fisher, will both be presenting Talks at this event.
