Q: I am interested in Service Contract coverage for my PHI system. How do I get more information?

A: PHI offers several different options for service contracts and can customize the coverage to fit your needs. Refer to the Contracts page on this website for more detailed information, or call to speak with our contract specialist at 1-952-828-6442 .

Q: I need to identify and order some spare parts for my PHI system. How do I do this?

A: Our factory parts department will help you identify the parts you need and provide you with a quote. You can request a quote or send a purchase order via e-mail to parts@phi.com or call 1-952-828-6100 and ask for the parts department.

Q: I am having some problems with my PHI system. How do I get some help?

A: You can call our Customer Care Center helpline at 1-800-922-4744 , 7:30 am to 5:00 pm Central Time - Monday – Friday, or send an e-mail to service@phi.com .

Q: I am interested in operational training on my PHI system for some new members of my staff. Who should I contact to find out what PHI offers for on-site training?

A: Your regional service manager can discuss your needs and provide you with a quote for on-site training. They can also provide you with quotes for on-site repairs if you are not covered by a PHI service contract.
