The new PHI nanoTOF is uniquely equipped to provide high spatial resolution molecular imaging with high mass resolution and sufficient ion beam current to obtain data quickly. Shown below are images of micro droplets of organic contamination on a surface. The images were extracted for a data file acquired in six minutes with a 25 µm field of view.
