PHI's update on COVID-19 pandemic

In this rapidly evolving pandemic, PHI is focused on the safety of our customers and employees as our top priority.   We have made changes to our business practices to fully participate in the effort to flatten the curve of COVID-19 infection.  At the same time, we are continuing to provide the high-level support you need to keep operating in this difficult environment.  As many PHI personnel as possible are now working from home.   International travel has been canceled and domestic travel is only business-critical. 

Customer service is available by calling the Customer Care Center at 800-922-4744 or email (service@phi.com).  We are ensuring that consumable and repaired parts continue to be available.  On-site service is limited by both government orders and customer policies.  However, service support is available through ReACH, our secure remote assistance capability. 

On-site training and demonstrations have stopped due to travel bans, state orders, and customer policies.  Application assistance and demonstrations can be done remotely with video conferencing, phone, and email.  Inquiries can be sent to (sales@phi.com).
