JNSPE 2024
Physical Electronics is delighted to attend the JNSPE 2024 in Lille, France.
Dr. Kateryna Artyushkova will be giving a talk on "Non-Destructive Characterization of Multi-Layered Thin Films Using XPS, HAXPES and Structure Modeling in StrataPHI".
The JNSPE 2024 conference will take place from 15 to 17 May 2024. It will be organized by the UCCS – Catalysis and Solid State Chemistry Unit (UMR 8181) with the support of the Michel-Eugène Chevreul Institute (FR 2638) – on the campus of the scientific city of the University of Lille in Villeneuve d'Ascq.
The objective of the JNSPE is to present the latest developments in photoemission spectroscopies, both for the understanding of phenomena related to the physics and chemistry of surfaces and interfaces and for the analytical aspect in the broad sense of these techniques.
