Marketing Coordinator - Minneapolis, MN (Chanhassen)

We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator in the suburban Minneapolis (Chanhassen) area to join our team.

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the production and maintenance of marketing materials, including; brochures, application notes, manage the website, newsletters, email campaigns, and trade show booths. This person must work directly with scientists and sales team for content and provide leadership in developing material that conveys our product marketing messages.

Essential Job Functions

  • Coordinate trade shows and other marketing events in order to present the optimal face of PHI to current and potential customers. 30%
  • Work with technical staff to produce marketing materials including application notes, product brochures, webinars, and videos.  40%
  • Manage company website and its lead generation functions. 30%

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing
  • 5-7 years of experience required

Travel Requirements

  • 5%

  • Experience and knowledge of web-based marketing
  • Creativity and ability to add visual impact to marketing material

Support Engineer - Minneapolis, MN (Chanhassen)

We are currently seeking a Support Engineer in the suburban Minneapolis (Chanhassen)  area to join our team.  

As a Support Engineer, you will be providing remote or on-site technical direction and diagnostic assistance to Field Engineers and customers in instrument installation and in resolving system failures. Travel to customer sites may be domestic or worldwide.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Surface Science, Electrical Engineering or a closely related field. Some experience in analytical instrumentation or vacuum technology is a plus, strong electronics knowledge required. Persons with an Associate Degree or military training with directly relevant experience may be considered. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also critical to this position. Must be able to travel up to 25% (domestic and international) with some work requiring eligibility to work in a government facility.
