22nd Annual Workshop on SIMS
PHI is once again proud to be a major sponsor of the 22nd Annual Workshop on SIMS. The annual SIMS workshop is a yearly scientific meeting designed to provide an informal forum for the interchange of practical information about secondary ion mass spectrometry. This year the Workshop will be held at the Marriott Waterside Hotel in Norfolk, Virginia. As part of the technical program, on Wednesday, May 19th, at 1:30 PM, PHI TOF-SIMS Scientist, Dr. Greg Fisher, will present a talk entitled “Advances in 3D TOF-SIMS Imaging with FIB Sectioning”. His talk is part of the Special Topical Session on FIB-SIMS and Related Topics. PHI will also be an exhibitor at the Workshop. Please stop by our booth to say hello.
