Nanotech 2010 Conference & Expo

PHI Fellow, Dr. John Hammond, will present a talk entitled "Individual SiGe Nanowire Chemical Composition Depth Profiling and Surface Oxidation Analyzed by Auger Electron Spectroscopy" at the Nanotech 2010 Conference and Expo.  The Conference will be held June 21-25, 2010 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, CA.  The Nanotech 2010 Conference and Expo unites innovators to bring nanotechnology from laboratory to the marketplace.
