PCSI (52nd Conference on the Physics & Chemistry of Surfaces & Interfaces)

Physical Electronics is excited to be attending and be a sponsor at the 52nd Conference on the Physics and Chemistry of Surfaces and Interfaces (PCSI-52).

The annual PCSI conference is devoted to achieving a fundamental understanding of the physical, chemical, biological, structural, optical, magnetic, and electrical properties of surfaces and interfaces. These studies include novel growth processes and interfacial phenomena, new characterization tools, transport, and functionality of the structures for future devices.

Dr. Jia Lu will be giving a talk on "Studying Thin Film Surface & Interface Engineering using XPS and StrataPHI: Depth-Resolved, Non-Destructive Analysis of Layered Materials".
