PHI European User Meeting
Location: Ismaning, Germany
The PHI European User Meeting held April 24 to 25, 2008 at the Duetsche Telekom Hotel in Ismaning, Germany, went extremely well. More than 70 customers traveled from all over Europe and some from outside of Europe to participate. Contributions provided by PHI customers, together with updates provided by PHI were all well received. Highlights from the meeting included a dinner talk presented by Dr. Nollert from the University of Tübingen. Dr. Nollert talked about Einstein, and how he would have seen the world today using the speed of light. It was a lot of fun. Also, PHI presented the latest applications of C 60 as a new addition to XPS and TOF-SIMS systems.
