Physical Electronics’s President Retirement and Succession Plan

President of PHI Scott Bryan retired on June 30, 2022 after 29 years at PHI and 12 years leading the company as President.
Bryan will continue to serve the company in an advisory role for 12 months as part of the company's succession plan.
The Board of Directors has appointed Kateryna Artyushkova as President and member of the Board of Directors effective July 1, 2022. “Kateryna is a proven and respected leader in the Surface Analysis community with a deep knowledge of how our products are used in academic research and industrial product development,” said Scott Bryan. "I am confident she will provide the leadership and passion for customer satisfaction that will lead PHI to higher levels of success in the years to come.”
